  • The Picture-Play Weekly not long ago urged a material improvement in the movie goatee, and said it must come. And so it has, for Billy B. Van, the funny filmer, has a goatee that is all that could be desired, both pretty and smart. Billy’s goatee is to appear in a picture play entitled ”The Exploits of Emilene,” as that is the name of the goatee.
